Ofcourse their pullovers. In Reykjavik spring is nearly here, with snow still coming down. So pull overs have been neccssary for us.
We opened up a new play here on the beach of Reykjavik last night, the beach is called Ylströndin in Nauthólsvík. Yl means Warm. Get it? Fantastic play, and our music treatment fabulous, ofcourse.
We have a gig in Reykjavik on the 12th of May at the opening of Word Music festival. This time around the theme is polypoetry. We will have a new song to play, based on the Icelandic lyrics of In Cod We Trust, as we sung it in Icelandic aswell.
Speaking of Icelandic: We did a concert in Reykjavík with GusGus last December. We recorded and Árni Sveins has done an edit for us of 4 tracks from the concert. The concert is in Icelandic as we use Icelandic in Iceland. Please be our guests and check out the concert footage in the video section. Or click this NASA word!
The gigs are now official for this month. Taka a look to your right! LA on the 18th, SF on 19th and 20th and NY for the 22 with Nw Jersey on the 23rd. Yes.
wow! brilliant live stuff from Reykjavik you have put online! Did not realized how you performed the record. You really look like you guys know how to deliver a powerful set. Looking forward to see you.

i downloaded screaming masterpiece from walmart.com and there is a song called bank by you guys that is a beatiful soundscape. but when i heard the real version of bank it reminded me of a techo song with sugarcube style antics. i am confused please clairify.
Are you comparing Bank off the first record? Both of these have exactly the same rhythm track and sounds, but here is the catch, the track on the Scraming Masterpiece album is recorded in five different cities, then we splice the different recording toghether to make up a new 'remix' or 'remake' of the song. Our performances are different everytime as the circumstances are diffferent everytime. So the soundschange due to the venue and PA. As for the connection to the Sugarcubes, that is the first time I hear comparison to the Cubes. I need to think about that one for awhile, as the only connection to them s me. --------->

Posted by: john at May 14, 2006 5:12 AMYou probably don't remember, but a long time ago you sent me a copy of your Second Coming (thanks again for that, by the way). Your sound has evolved faster than the overall scene has, so I can't wait to hear you live at Cafe du Nord on Friday. It should be a lot of fun!
